Taco Salad

Deep fried taco shell, using A 12 inch flour tortilla shell, I used A taco salad shell form to dip the shell into the hot oil.

I bent the handles up on mine so it would get into the deep fryer properly

You can do it with A small stainless steel bowl and A spatula, watch this video.
Put some Re-fried beans And then some seasoned ground beef at the bottom. you do not need to use the Re-fried beans if you don't like them. I did not include them here because I did not have any. I actually used browned ground beef cooked in enchilada sauce Or you can simply use a taco spiced packet.
Add Some lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, black olives, onions, cheddar cheese or grated Mexican cheese mix with some more spiced ground beef. maybe some other veggies you like be creative.

serve with A red salsa Or salsa verde
