Dinner: Fried Shrimp And Flounder With A Butter Pan Seared Sea Scallops

Fried Shrimp And Flounder With A Butter Pan Seared Sea Scallops. To Sear The Scallops On The Side I Use A Toothpick Thru The Scallops So They Can Be Turned And Say On There Sides. Then Just A Light Dusting Of Salt Was Added. The Flavor of The Caramelized Butter Came Thru With Flying Colors.

Snack: Bruschetta

4 Slices From A Baguette, Some Slices Of Ham, Green Onions, Garlic, Tomato, Red Wine Vinegar. I Could Not Sleep Last Night So I Made A Snack.
6 Slices From A Baguette, Some Slices Of Bacon, Green Onions, Parsley, Garlic, Tomato, Balsamic Vinegar. I Made This Today For Sue's And My Lunch.
