Dinner: Slow Cooker - Pork Roast

1 Table Spoon Of Beef Stock Paste, 1\2 Cup Of Worcestershire Sauce, 1\2 Cup Of Soy Sauce, 1 Onion, 10 Or So Garlic Cloves, 2 Potatoes, 2 Carrots, And 3 Cups Of Water. Parsley For A Bit Of Color When Plating.
 With A Sharp Knife Make Some Slits Into The Pork Roast, And Insert The Garlic
Dice The Onions, And Put Everything Into The Slow Cooker For About 6 Hours, It Least To 170F Internal Temp, This Slow Cooker Has A Probe That Tells The Temp. It May Take 3 To 4 Hours To Reach 170F.

About 1 1\2 Hours Before Serving Add Potatoes, And Carrots.

Make Some Gravy

Take A Pot, Add 1\2 Of Stick Of Butter, Add 3 Table Spoons Of Wonder Flour, Heat And Stir To Make A Paste (a roux). Add About 2 Cups Of The Broth That Has Been Cooking With The Roast, And heat until thickened.
