Breakfast: Classic Crepes Suzette With Grand Marnier

Crepe Batter

1 1/2 cups cake flour
3 eggs
Pinch salt
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup sugar
1 orange, grated rind of

***Sauce***

3 1/2 ounces butter
1 lemon, juice and grated rind of
2 oranges, juiced
2 ounces caster sugar
5 tablespoons Cointreau or Grand Marnier
