Dinner: Irish Lamb Stew





Bacon, lamb, salt (To Taste Before Serving), ground black pepper, all-purpose flour (Thinking), garlic, onion, water, beef stock, white sugar (If Desired) carrots, potatoes, dried thyme, bay leaf, white wine (De-glaze Pan). Bacon Not Shown (It Was In The Pan Frying). Cook For 1 1\2 Hours, Add Potatoes, And Carrots Cook For Another 20 - 30 Mins.

Lunch: 5 Bean Chili


Pinto Beans, Light Kidney Beans, Dark Kidney Beans, Great Northern Beans, Chili Beans, 1 To 2 Lbs Of Ground Browned Hamburger, Two Large Cans Of Cubed Tomatoes, 1 Large Can Of Water, 2 Oz Of Chili Powder, 3 To 4 Jalapeno Peppers Chopped, 1 Large Onion Chopped.

You Can Thicken The Chili With Fine Powdered Maize (Corn) Flour, But normally I leave that out.

Before Serving, Add A Small Amount Of Cheddar Cheese, Chipped Onions, And Jalapeno Peppers.

Some People Like To Add Crackers On The Side.
