1 Tablespoon of corn starch, 1\8Th teaspoon of salt, 1 egg, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1\2 cup of sugar, 1 ounce of semi sweet chocolate. Makes 2 Servings.
Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt into milk and make sure there are no lumps.
Turn On Heat To Low And Add Chocolate, mix well till all Chocolate is melted.
Take Off Heat
Temper Egg yoke with some of the liquid, then add it to the pan, mix well
turn on heat to a boil to thicken the pudding.
remove from heat pour into serving dish, put some cling wrap over the top and refrigerate.
