Cook the meat and set It to the side.
Get The Beef Or Pork Browned.
Cook, The Ginger, Onions, Garlic (What I Nice Smell, I Wish They Could Can It).
add the carrot and peas. I normally cook the rice until it is dryer than most recipes call for.
Add the sauce (beef stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce), fry it some more. the reason I add the beef stock is because I like a bit more beef flavor, But you don't need to do this if you don't wish).
Make A Hole, And Add Your Scrambled Eggs, And Then Blend Them With The Rice.

Breakfast: Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict Is Not That Hard To Make At Least Not As Hard As Some People Say. Just Follow These Easy Steps And You Will Have Perfect Eggs Benedict.
1\2 Of A Lemon, About 1 Tablespoon, Some Pulp Is OK. If You Don't Have A Lemon\Orange Juicer Just Roll The Lemon Back And Forth With Your Palm And Some Pressure. Then Slice The Lemon In Half. Take Out The Seeds And Squeeze The Lemon Into A Small Cup.
3 Eggs, 1 Tablespoon Of Fresh Lemon Juice, 4 Tablespoons Of Melted Butter. The butter can't be too warm or you will end up with scrambled eggs. Once you put the eggs in keep stirring or you will have egg drop soup in butter.
Whisk It All Up On Simmer.
If It Thickens Too Much Add A Tad Of Water And Blend It In.
2 Inches Of Water Just Short Of Boiling. You Can Add Vinegar That Helps Keep The Whites Together. Cook About 4 To 5 Mins. If The Tops Are Yellow Like Above Because The Eggs Are Floating, Just Take A Spoon Of Hot Water And Pour Over The Egg Yokes A Few Times.
Below: Pour Sauce Over Eggs, Canadian Bacon (You Can Use Regular Bacon If That's All You Have), And English Muffins.

What One Would You Expect At A Restaurant?

A plate of food is like a painting, and the rim of the plate is the frame. This does not mean that you have to spend as much time arranging the plate as Rembrandt did painting a portrait, but it does mean that you need to think a little like an artist and strive for a pleasing arrangement.

Dinner: Chile Relleno

This Recipe Takes About 3 Hours To Complete.

You Will Need Some Rubber Gloves!
Flour, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Chicken Base, Tomatoes, Eggs, poblano peppers, Chopped Pork, Garlic, Rice, Jalapeno Pepper, Cumin, queso Chihuahua Or queso Oaxaca (traditionally) Or mozzarella cheese, Onion, cilantro .
To Make The Sauce: 1\4 Teaspoon Cumin, 1\8 Teaspoon of Pepper, 2 Cups Tomatoes, 1 Jalapeno Pepper, 5 Cloves of Garlic (I think i put in 10 but they were small), 1\4 Teaspoon of Oregano, 1\4 Cup of Chicken Stock, Salt to Taste, Cook It A Bit
Blend in blender or use a submersion blender then strain mixture. This should remove any small skins or seeds left whole.
Make Some Rice. I Don't like sticky rice unless I am using chop sticks so I add extra water to the rice, and rinse well.
Put poblano peppers on a rack, Broil or roast the poblano peppers over a flame turning as they brown you may hear some popping that is from the skins cracking.
Put peppers in a bowl and cover with plastic, or put them in a plastic bag.
you can cook them more than i did but remember if you cook them too much they will start to fall apart. now take the skins off.
Here they are already stuffed with cheese and chopped pork.
egg whites beaten to a stiff peeks, yokes on the side.
mix 1 tablespoon of flour into the yokes and then fold them into the egg whites.
coat the peppers, and put them into the fry pan. turn them over when the sides slightly start to turn brown.
Rice and peppers topped with the sauce.
