Dinner: Fried Rice

2 tablespoons peanut, sesame or other oil, 2 Oz Of Beef Stock, 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, 1/4 cup diced onion or 1 green onions, thinly sliced, 1/8 cup diced carrot, 1/8 cup frozen peas, thawed, 2 cups cooked white or brown rice, cooled completely, 1\2 cup chopped, cooked shrimp, pork or beef, 1 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce.
Cook the meat and set It to the side.
Get The Beef Or Pork Browned.
Cook, The Ginger, Onions, Garlic (What I Nice Smell, I Wish They Could Can It).
add the carrot and peas. I normally cook the rice until it is dryer than most recipes call for.
Add the sauce (beef stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce), fry it some more. the reason I add the beef stock is because I like a bit more beef flavor, But you don't need to do this if you don't wish).
Make A Hole, And Add Your Scrambled Eggs, And Then Blend Them With The Rice.
