Stuffing: Cook In Fry Pan: cilantro, Beef Stock Paste (About 1 Teaspoon), Hot Sauce (If Needed, Per Your Taste), Mushrooms, Hamburger (80/20), 1 Onion, 3 Garlic, Black Olives, 1\2 Jalapeno With Seeds (Use A Whole Jalapeno If You Like It Spicy), Poblano Diced.

Mix Flour With Egg, Salt, Pepper, And Mashed Potatoes, Form A Pattie, And Put Some Of Your Filling In The Center.
Form It Like A Potato, If It Is Hard To Seal Due To Too Much Flour Use Some Water On That Area, And Blend In The Mashed Potatoes So There Is No Seam.

Then Put In On A Floured Plate In The Fridge For A Bit.

I Think The Deep Fried Comes Out Better
