3 cups of chicken stock
1 green onion
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
1 stock of bok choy with leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
dash of white pepper
1 teaspoon of corn starch
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
place ginger, garlic and green onion in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and toast it up.
Pour in 2 3\4 cups of chicken stock, soy sauce, add bok choy, white pepper and boil for 7 mins.
mix 1 teaspoon of corn starch into 1\4 cup of chicken stock, and add to the soup. this should thicken the broth up just a tad.
ready to serve.
