Green And Red Sauce Chicken Enchiladas Served With Melted Cheese.And Beans And Rice.

Cook Some Chicken Breast In Some Olive Oil, And Butter, Put Aside, And Shred It.

In Olive Oil And Butter, Fry Up Some Red Onions, And Garlic. Add Shredded Chicken Then Add, cumin, garlic, paprika, pepper, thyme, Chili Powder adobe.

Coat Each Flour Tortilla Shell In The Enchilada Sauce.

Roll The Chicken Up In The Tortilla Shells

Pour Some Sauce In Each Backing Dish And Add The Enchiladas

This Is After 20 Mins. Each One Of The Green And The Red Sauce Flour Tortillas Were Dipped In There Own Sauce Before Cooking. Notice The Red Sauce Flour Tortillas Has A Better Browning On Them.

Add More Sauce Over The Enchiladas, And Top With Mozzarella And Cheddar Cheese. Return To Oven Till The Cheese Is Melted.
